Ram ProMaster 2500

I feel unsafe and frustrated, the vehicle is experiencing, frequent uncommanded braking events, false activations of the automatic emergency braking system and lane keeping warnings with random self steering adjustments.I have reported this to my Ram service center in Shakopee, MN multiple times. They stated that there was nothing they could do about it because of some publication from RAM. They told me to escalate the concern.

The rear backup camera is intermediate and does NOT provide a visible image 90% of the time. When the vehicle is in reverse the display reports a message, Camera System Unavailable. The van doesn't have rear or side windows and makes it nearly impossible to safely backup the vehicle.

Manufacturer has not timely completed the following recall in a manner that promotes safety or the urgency to protect lives. My particular vehicle is a class B recreational vehicle that cannot be used since this recall. I request NHTSA exert its authority to compel the manufacturer to expedite immediate recall safety repairs.

I need to file a complaint because there is no fix available for this and the recall has been in place for almost 9 months - i have been unable to rent or sell or use this vehicle with the open recall that there's no fix in place for. While driving the dash screen show a caution with a note that vehicle is in Limp Mode as I was on a freeway this became a huge problem putting my life at risk and for others moving at the speed of traffic then suddenly having to decelerate in order to move around me. This problem has been reported to the dealership and confirmed that this is a common issue, there was no warning ahead of time.
